What's Covered

• Wires that are loose, broken, or protruding through fabric.
• Sagging that measures 1/2" or greater (properly measured), only if the mattress has been continuously supported by a matching foundation (or equivalent) and used with an appropriate frame and center support.

What's Not Covered

• Mattress sold “as is”, floor samples, second-hand, non-retail, or received as promo/gift
• Bedding height, comfort preference, or back pain
• Bent perimeter border rods due to moving or bending
• Fabric stains, soiling, or burns
• Replacement of another piece
• Transportation and inspection costs
• Body impressions
• Sagging less than 1 1/2"
• Damage due to abuse
• Sheet fit or mattress fabric cover
• Normal change in softness/recovery time for latex and memory foam
• Mattress odor (will fade over time)
• Size allowance of +/- 1"
• Bed bugs and dust mites

Congratulations on your Serta Mattress. Our goal is to provide the highest product quality and durability, assuring you of the most comfortable and healthful night's sleep.

Warranty Period

Serta Warranty Period is 10 Years. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers).

If you observe a defect, contact Serta. To claim the warranty, you must be the original purchasing consumer with the address as stated in the invoice.

How the Warranty Works

• First 2 years: Your Serta Mattress will be repaired or replaced without charge (exclusive of transport cost).
• After 2 years: Replacement will be made at a charge: 1/10th the prevailing retail price, times the total number of years owned, plus transportation cost.
• If identical mattress is not available, Serta may substitute materials of equal quality.
• Serta may refuse service and invalidate the warranty if the mattress is found unsanitary or damaged by factors other than workmanship or materials.
• Body impressions are normal and indicate comfort layers are conforming to your body. They are not considered sagging.
• Any and all implied warranties shall not exceed the duration of this limited warranty.
• The warranty begins on the day you receive your Serta Mattress. If replaced, the warranty is not renewed or extended.
• For Serta's Natural Latex, warranty applies only if products are properly covered, kept cool and dry, and not exposed to direct sunlight.
